Mediation 2025 (Media in Action) is a sub-competition of the Epicentrum Unpad’s Media Production Management Study Program. This competition challenges participants to create effective Public Service Announcements with the theme "Promoting Gender Equality for Economic Growth". Public Service Announcements are quite effective in influencing people to follow the direction of the advertisements they see, influencing in this case means influencing in a positive way. As previously known, the more the ad is seen, the faster we will remember because in psychology (Arikunto, 2006) argues that, psychologists divide the three stages of memory, namely:
1. Entering the message in memory (encoding). Encoding refers to the way individuals transform physical sensory input into a kind of mental representation in memory.
2. Memory storage (storage). Storage refers to the way individuals hold information that has been stored in memory.
3. Retrieval refers to how individuals gain access to information that has been stored in memory.
It is hoped that the output produced hopes to prevent the regression of awareness regarding to women's fundamental rights, alongside the underlying causes and far-reaching consequences of gender disparities, particularly in access to professional workforce, which significantly influence economic growth is our main urgency that can be brought with media participations.
Lastly, we really hoped that this topic not only helped women, also encourage all the people to accept women in professional workforce participation and created a huge economical impact to empower marginalized communities to solve urban poverty chain.
